Contact forms

We collect your name, email and phone number from our Contact Form in order to get back to you. Your email is stored on the server, and may be deleted at your request.

We also collect name, emai, phone number and medical license number when you apply for our Comfys Platinum programme. This information is used to contact you, to verify your identity, and to give you access to our platform.
