Shipping and Handling 

We ship our products across the country of Kenya. Merchandise will be sent within 24 business hours from the order date and will take 1-3 business days for standard delivery anywhere within Kenya. Please note that COMFYS is not responsible for any potential delay after your item has been shipped as ship times do vary depending on your package origin and destination. Unprecedented delivery fees and expenses will be met by the customer excluding situations where COMFYS is directly liable for the additional cost.

COMFYS will notify the customer of the time and at the time of shipping. The customer will be notified of the expected date and time of delivery. COMFYS shall utilize reputable parcel delivery services for shipping excluding exceptional circumstances where the customer will be required to consent to the delivery.

Return Policy

COMFYS will accept returns in situations where a product is not functioning or is malfunctioning within the first 100 hours of use. All merchandise must be received back in its original form. It must not be worn, altered, or damaged, and free of any stains, odors, or distinct smells including perfume. The customer is required to submit the documentation issued at the point of delivery/sale while returning the product.

A replacement will be issued after investigation and verification of the cause of malfunction. COMFYS will cover the cost of delivery of replacements to the customers. PLEASE NOTE THAT CONSUMABLES ARE NOT RETURNABLE. To make a return, PLEASE MAKE A REPLACEMENT REQUEST to COMFYS through calling, message, or email. Proceed to ship the product only after you have made the request. Once your return parcel is received, the return.processing time is 7 business days. Following the processing time, COMFYS will communicate to you the whether your replacement request has been successful including reasons for declining in cases where a replacement request is declined.

In cases where a replacement is not desired, COMFYS will accept returns for the purpose of investigation for continual improvement.
