Evening primrose oil is a rich source of gamma linolenic acid (GLA) an essential omega 6 fatty acid that must be obtained from the diet. GLA supports hormonal balance during a woman’s monthly cycle to help reduce PMS symptoms and evening primrose oil is indicated in the symptomatic relief of atopic dermatitis.
